User Information

Demographic and profile data is collected at this site. We use visitor and user IP addresses to administer out Web site and diagnose server problems. User information (such as First and Last names, and addresses) is collected to identify students at this site and to comply with the appropriate State and National laws. This information is only shared with the appropriate State or National organizations as required by law.

Credit Card Information

We appreciate and understand the concerns of our customers in regard to their credit card information submitted upon purchase. We have gone to every length possible to ensure that your credit card information is transmitted and stored in as secure a fashion as possible. This information is submitted by you using 256-bit encryption (Transport Security Layer or "TLS") on our secure web server (look for the padlock in the lower right-hand corner of your web browser, or the "https://" prefix to the secure URL on the browser's address bar). Your full credit card information is never stored, but merely the last four digits, in a secure database, such that any unauthorized intrusion onto our system would not easily yield this data. Outside of the standard credit-card processing and authorization companies, your credit card information will not be made available to anyone. If you do not wish your partial credit card number to be stored on our database, you may request this in writing by telling us your name and address via one of the contact methods listed on our Contact section.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We back up all data and restrict access to our live servers. We use the most restrictive model and only allow users access to necessary information. We also monitor our server log files for irregular patterns.

We protect sensitive personal and financial information required for signing up classes using the best available industry-standard encryption software.

Text messages

No user information gathered or used for SMS communication is shared with 3rd party vendors for marketing purposes without the express consent from the user. Users at all times have the right to opt out of text communications with our office by simply texting “Stop” or contacting our office. Telehealth Informed Consent: LRS offers Drug & Alcohol classes by Telehealth. All clients must first attend an in-person evaluation or class in order to determine appropriateness for Telehealth services. Telehealth services will only be provided virtually through secure video conferencing. Telehealth groups are run the same as In-person classes, and all rules apply whether in a classroom setting or a Telehealth setting. All confidentiality rules apply for both inperson and Telehealth classes. All Telehealth classes are managed through our secure client portal. No public access to class links. Clients must login through the client portal and clients cannot create their own login and must receive their personal verification code directly from the office after client is verified. Client must use these verification codes to access each class session. Client must be on-screen at all times without a computer/phone generated background. Staff must visually and auditory verify client is in a private space and not in a public place. The cost for Telehealth classes is the same as in-person classes. All clients have the right to end a Telehealth session and seek in-person care at any time.
