Frequent Questions

I’m receiving a “slow down message and cannot continue with my class" If you're stuck on a page or receiving a "slow down" message, it's possible that you're not spending enough time on each section. DMV regulations require students to spend a minimum amount of time on each section, which the timer may not be visible to you.

If you think you've spent enough time on the section and you're still receiving the "slow down" message, it could be because the timer is not being activated due to other windows or tabs being open on your device.

To ensure that the timer works properly, make sure that the class is the only window open on your computer. If other windows or tabs are open, the timer may not start, and you'll continue receiving the "slow down" message. Therefore, please close all other windows and tabs except for the class.

In case the timer still doesn't work, try resetting it by logging out of your computer, closing all windows and tabs, and waiting for 15-20 minutes before restarting your computer and logging back into your class. This should allow you to continue with the class without any further "slow down" messages.
